The Dance is a tune that I wrote to represent the dance that one must do when they see something that they want. Every choice has consequences so with that in mind, I wanted to base the tune on a familiar framework so the different choices one could make when improvising are more explicit. Since the tune is entitled "The Dance", I wanted to incorporate a melody and feel that would incline anyone to do just that!
